  2. 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  3. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  4. 1/4 cup buoyant flat-leaf parsley, chopped

  6. 1 lemon, juiced
  7. 4 burrito tortillas
  8. 1/3 cup hommus
  9. 400g sliced turkey
